PROMOTIONAL OPPORTUNITIES
Organizations interested in HIPAA Colloquium promotional opportunities may
either become Colloquium Sponsors, or may purchase Event or Item Sponsorships or Advertising.
Colloquium Sponsorships:
Platinum - $15,000
Gold -$12,500
Silver - $7,500
Platinum Sponsors receive three registrations, recognition on the Colloquium brochure and binder covers, a full-page four-color ad in the Colloquium binder, and sponsorship of any Event or Item Sponsorship listed below.
Gold sponsors receive two registrations, recognition on the inside of the Colloquium brochure and binder, a full-page black-and-white ad in the Colloquium binder, and sponsorship of a Colloquium continental breakfast or luncheon.
Silver Sponsors receive one registration, recognition on the inside of the Colloquium brochure, a full-page black-and-white ad in the Colloquium binder.
All Colloquium sponsors are recognized on plackards and overheads during the Colloquium. Informational materials from Colloquium sponsors are distributed to all Colloquium
attendees.
Event, Item, Continental Breakfast and Luncheon Sponsorships are distributed to sponsors on a first-come, first-serve basis.
